Mortgage Help / Loan Help is available (CLICK HERE) to homeowners who have encountered a financial hardship such as job loss, divorce, accident, illness, etc. The federal government is pushing banks to work with these homeowners to help them keep their homes rather than to seek foreclosure. Similar help is possible for homeowners who don't have a hardship but were victims of predatory lending practices by banks as was common between 2000 and 2007. I offer clients the opportunity to find out, without cost, what a Loan Modification could do to relieve their mortgage pressure.
A Loan Modification is a permanent change to the loan contract agreed to by the bank and homeowner. This revised contract reduces interest rate, term, and/or current balance so that payments will be reduced for the life of the loan. Although the government encourages homeowners to work directly with their lender to work out a modification, don't! That's a sick extension of big government saying to the people, "Trust us, we're on your side!" Your government is telling you, "Trust your lender even if they've proven untrustworthy!" Do you trust a lender who may have committed illegal predatory practices to create your loan contract to now offer a modification that will give you the best deal?
If you have legal representation, your lender will pay attention! I have an agreement with a team that includes lawyers who are specialists in mortgage law. They will examine my client's loan documents and situation AT NO COST. After reviewing my client's documents and situation, they will explain to the client, AT NO COST, what benefit is possible if they are contracted to negotiate a Loan Modification from my client's lender for the client. If they are very confident that they can significantly reduce the client's payments, they will recommend that the client hire them for predetermined fixed fee.
This is the most fair method that exists for homeowners who want to pursue a Loan Modification to reduce their mortgage payments. It provides legal expertise to represent them and negotiate for them the most favorable result at a predetermined fixed fee. The client doesn't owe a penny until he decides that paying the fixed fee will most likely pay back multiple times over the life of their loan. For more information CLICK HERE.
NOTICE! If the client already received a "Notice of Default" or "Notice of Sale" from their lender, they must act quickly so that the legal team can Prevent Foreclosure!
